Brief Introduction:
QIEDELE, as the latest alternative product of mortar additive at home and abroad, is a second type low air-entraining mortar additive for architectural masonry with multiple performances of high strength, anti-seepage. It can significantly improve compressive strength andculvert construction projects.
Features:
1. It can effectively improve compressive strength, anti-permeability, frost resistance. As a result the durability of mortar is significantly higher than the normal one.
2. It significantly improves the water retention and workability of mortar, eliminating secrete and sink of mortar, which makes mortar become rich in plasticity-keeping so it is easy to operate. As a result to speed up the time schedule of construction projects.
3 Improves the cohesive strength and capacity of mortar, which makes full seam mortar, less landing ash.
1. Mixing procedure while using vertical mixers, horizontal mixers: Firstly, mix
part sand, agent and water and stir them uniformly. Put cement and all sand into them. At last, stir the mixture for 3~5 minutes.
2. Mixing procedure while using drum-type mixers: Put agent, cement, and sand together, stir them for 1 minute. And then add water to the mixtures and stir for 3~5minutes.
3. Artificial mixing: the agent should be first dissolved into the water then placed into mortar.
4. The first mixing mortar, the quantity of agent should be increased 1 time.
5 The water in the mortar with the agent should be reduced by 20%.
6 The mixture ratio of agent fluctuates with different cement and sand. So the reasonable ratio should be depended on the materials at the site and trial.
Package is 25kg/bag and there is a measurement spoon in every pack. The mixture ratio of agent to cement is 0.5%--0.75%.
Notes:
1 The agent is non-toxic, non-inflammable. The valid period is 3 years.
2 Avoid sun-baked and rain proofing, and place the agent in a place with ventilation.
3 Pay attentions to anti-moisture when during storage and transportation. If there is a moisture absorption or agglomeration, the function is the same as usual after smashing or dissolve.
