CL21X-B are non-inductively wound with polyester film as dielectric and electrode, with cooper-clad steel leads and encapsulated in plastic cases, and sealed with epoxy resin. They are suitable for decoupling, by-passing, filtering,treatment of analog signals, rejection of line perturbations, etc.
