1). Adopt odontoid belt to drive shaft and blade, in order to make the noise low and raise the speed of transmission, .
2). Equipped with safety hood in cutting part to protect the safety of operator.
3). Adopt tug device and install cylinder which is controllable in case mandril will be bended
by blades. according to paper diameter, that can adjust automatically the distance between
blade and mandril.
4). Feeding and discharging automatically make operation much easier.
