Features and Applications:
HBE-224has excellence oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance.The addition elements of Cr, Mo and Vrefinesresistance to temper-softening and obtain stable hardness.
Mostly used in hardfacing and repair surface of hot-roller, blooming rolls and work layer ofcontinuous caster roller. The hardfacing has excellence oxidation resistance , wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Notes:
1, Clean up oil and rust on the roller before welding .
2, Heat the roller to a temperature above 150 degrees before welding.
3, Clean up slag between welding tier to reduce slag inclusion.
4, After welding,reduce the roller temperature to 100 degrees.
5. Keep wires dry before using.
6. Recommended current (DCEP),wire to be in contact with positive pole.
