Helicoil wire thread inserts are made of cold rolled 18-8 grade Stainless steel best suited for most of the industrial applications.
Helicoil inserts can be supplied in other metals such as INCONEL , NIMONIC 90 , Phosphorus Bronze , Beryllium Copper and with special coating & plating requirements such as Cadmium plating , Silver plating , Zinc plating and Dry film lubricants.
Helicoil inserts are available from size M2 and in UNC /UNF from 2-56 / 2-64 on wards to the largest size requirement in the industry.
Helicoil inserts are available as free running & thread locking inserts as a standard product in both metric & imperial series.
