Plastic wood compound materials(WPC) is a new pattern environmentally friendly material made of wood fiber (inc. timber scrap, straw, rice hull) and hot plasticity plastics(mainly waste plastics).
It has the advantage of plastics as good plasticity, tensile and impact strength, moth and corosion resistance. Also it has advantage of wood as easy-cutting and drilling for good process as well as the nice appearance of wood. It's also ideal substitute in fields of packaging, architecture,etc.
PE/PP WPC profile extrusion line applied to wood plastic profiled products for PE, PP, mainly apply to pallet, packaging plate, floor and out door decorating materials, widely application. Wood powder and plant fiber addition volume very high (Max. can be reached to 50-75%).
