Work principles: GZD vibrating feeder mainly consists of vibration framework, vibration motor, spring, support pedestal and wear-resistant liner plate and so on. As the vibration motor starts, framework was forced to vibrate on the spring, giving materials driving force to make sliding and throwing motion, thus achieving the goal of feeding materials forward.
Application: Vibrating feeder is generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveying big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities. As necessary equipment, it can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant. It's widely used in mining, building-material and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.
