1. First time use:
Flex metal disc inside the heat pack for gel to heat up.
As gel solidifies move it around within the pack to disperse it evenly.
2. Second time use:
To re-use the pack, wrap in a towel or cotton fabric and place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes (avoid surface of pack touching container directly). NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE
Wait until gel melts 100%.
Remove and wait until cools.
