| Description: | Dear Ms. Shadow Zhang, I've been trying to contact your company for over a week to no avail and I was wondering if you were still in business. Could you please acknowledge reception of the following. We are a small music store located in Dili, Timor Leste and we would like to get more information on the best way to purchase you products for resell. Over the last year, several attempts at obtaining your products from local distributors located in Indonesia have been met with difficulty. Often, the product ordered was either unavailable or we were told that it was "discontinued". We are not a big operation but we believe that it is imperative for any music shop to offer quality products at affordable prices and would therefore need you to help us find the simplest most efficient way for us to offer your products to our customers. We would be interested in offering a wide range of your products including guitar accessories, percussion and any other musical accessories you produce.
