| Description: | I am in the process of designing a pneumatic punch press to replace two custom built presses currently in place in our factory. The cylinder that powers the current presses is a KLH model KSCJ125x50-25 which I have so far been unable to find specs for on the internet. The rod is 32 mm in diameter, the stroke is 33 mm and it operates at 0.6 Mpa. We are punching a 6x8.5 mm slot in 0.25 mm thick 410 stainless steel. I want to replace the cylinder, punch mounting plate on guide posts arrangement with a guided cylinder or vertical slide table like the one I see on your web page. Do you have a product suitable for our requirements? If so may I have the specifications, preferably in an AutoCAD file? The first order will be for two units to prove the design so please include price and delivery. Thank you. |
