20000T Jinsheng copper upcast oxygen free rod

The upward continuous die casting machine is capable of producing directly from cathode copper to bright and long oxygne-free copper rod with high conductivity and low oxygen content.

1). Electrical system      
   The electrical power system supply the energy to every inductor through the electrical control cabinet. The cabinet controlsthe combined furnace, drawing machine, Collecting system and cooling water system, confirm them to work in order. The control system of combined furnace is consist of melting furnace system and holding furnace system. The melting furnace operation cabinet and holding furnace operation cabinet are installed near the system.
2). Melting & holding furnace
The furnace is consist of furnace body, furnace frame, inductor and thermocouple. The inductor is made up of coil, water jacket, iron core and copper melted gouge. After setting up an electric circuit, it can emerge big current flow in the copper melted gouge under the electromagnetic induction.The big current flow can melt the electrolytic copper putted into the furnace. The water jacket and coil is cooled by the water. The cooling water is cycling and supplied by the cooling water system.  
3).Continuous casting machine
The continuous casting machine is the main part of the system.It is consist of drawing mechanism, automatic tracking system of liquid surface fluctuation, touch screen, cooling water system, protection sleeves of crystallizer, graphite die of crystallizer, crystallizer and etc. It is fully mechanical and electrical integration, PLC programming, and entirely controlled by touch screen. The mechanical and electrical speeds match evenly. It is achievable to change dies fast and change take-up spools pneumatically an automatically without machine halt.
4). Collecting system
   The collecting system is consist of track, take-up dolly, frequency conversion double-head take-up machine, every double-head take-up machine can collect two copper rods, we can match mono-layer or bi-layer according to your annual output. Moreover, our maximum single volume of take-up could be more than 2 tons.
