Performance and Application
Since the first magnetic chip conveyor of China developed and manufactured successfully by our Company in 1986, our magnetic chip conveyors have been well recognized by the market.
QPCD series magnetic chip conveyor is a functional part of machine tools which absorbs granular, powder, and less than 150mm long ferrous metal chippings by the magnetic force produced by magnetic material and then conveys them to the chippings cabinet (trolley). It is widely applicable for chipping treatment of modular machine tool, automatic lathe, gear cutting machine, milling machine, broaching machine, multi-face drill, hinging machine, special machine tool, automatic line and production line during dry and wet processing.
Characteristics
1.With enclosed construction, this machine can either be used for dry processing or be placed in cooling tank and oil tank to separate granular, powder and short coil chippings from liquid.
2.This machine discharges chippings quantitatively and is free of overload.
3.Transmission parts are sealed in the case, so as to ensure stable and reliable operation, low noise and long service life.
4.It is convenient to connect with the main unit of the machine tool. It can be inserted or placed upward, downward or sideward according to the requirements of the main unit on position.
5.Depending on electric control system, it has "start" and "stop" functions etc.
