Function
This model scraped chip conveyor is suitable for transport short chips and crushed chips continuously. It is not restricted by the material of cutting chips. But HRCGB series magnetic scraper chip conveyor is mainly used in dry or wet processing for conveying cast iron chips and steel chips less than 150mm. This device uses chain to drag scraper to scrape chips along bottom plate of chip conveyor. It is reliable and steady. Especially in wet machining process, it is a better method to use magnetic scraper chip conveyor replaces magnetic chip conveyor.
Shell height of HRCGB series magnetic scraper chip conveyor is H1+30mm, other dimension is the same as HRGB series scraper chip conveyor's. Note:We can design and manufacture products according to user's requirements and required size. |
