Forged steel hollow shaft for heavy machinery
Material: Alloy steel, carbon steel
Process: Forged, heat treated
The picture shows the heavy hollow shaft after rough turning
It will be further heat treated, turned and finished machined to the dimensions as marked on drawings.
The material of the shaft is alloy steel, we can aslo manufacture shaft of other material: Carbon steel, cast iron and structure steel and so on.
We can aslo make other shaft such as: Gear shaft, eccentric shaft, optical shaft. Worm shaft, spline shaft, flexible shaft, step shaft, trunnion and so on.
The main shaft for wind turbine power generators we made has been exported to many countries.
We can aslo manufacture shaft for mine hoist.
