The bimetallic barrel cylinder is a ind of cylinder with 2-3mmalloy of antibrasion.Erosion proof and high temperature cast on the inner wall on it.Contrast to common nitriding barrel. Its useful sfrvice life is grfatly improved.Bimetal has more obvious advantages when processing special plastic such as project plastic.Fluoride plastic,PPO etc.
For our bimetallic screw,we have adopted a new technology of surface hardening process by the whole screw surface instead of only hard facing the screw flights by PTA treatment.
