High request about the laser machine for veneer application
It has high request about the cutting gap, the cutting gap should be very slight which can be ignored. So we will use the 38.1mm focusing lens to ensure that.
Because most of the veneer is not so flat, when cutting, if the exhaust is not strong enough, it is hard to ensure the same cutting result. So we will use powerful exhaust system and we equip special honey-comb working table, to absorb the veneer well, and keep it flat when cutting, there is professional absorb tank under the working table.
The veneer is very thin, the cutting speed will be very fast. In this situation, it has high request about the transmission. So we adopt high precision ball screw transmission to ensure the high precise cutting.
The RF metal laser tube can ensure the better laser light output, there is low light enervation, and the laser light spot is very precise and slim.
