Welded Pipe Mill Line
I.Summary
The mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ8mm-Φ32mm with thickness of 0.3mm–2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.
Finished product will be of round, square or rectangular pipe.
II.Basic conditions

1. Round Pipe diameter: Φ8mm - Φ32mm
Pipe Thickness: 0.3mm–2.0mm
2. Square & Rectangle Pipe: 10X10mm –25X25mm
Pipe Thickness: 0.3 - 1.5mm
3. Pipe Length: 6 - 12m
4. Length Tolerance: 0 - 6mm
b) SteelTape Specification
1. Material: Low carbon steel and low alloy steel (σb≤500MPa,σs≤235MPa)
2. Steel Tape:
Strip steel width: 25 - 100mm
Strip steel thickness: 0.3 - 2.0mm
Inner diameter: Φ470-510mm
Outer diameter: ΦMax=1500mm
The maximum weight: 1.0 ton
c) Electric installed capacity: appro. 300KW
d) Size of the whole line: appro. 40x5m
e) Line Speed: 30-90m/min
