Coenzyme Q10 is naturally produced by our bodies.However,as we age,our boides produce less of it.At this point,we need to supplement our nutrition and our skin with more of it.
In food,Q10 is found in meat and fish.Peanut is one of the sources of Q10 although not as much as meat and fish.
Coenzyme Q10 has just been recently introduced to skin care products,as facial mask.
(3),Usage:
Use after cleanser,apply mask over facial contours,positioning openings for eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 15min,then remove mask.
Gently massage remaining essence into skin.
Caution: external use only, do not eat ,keep away from children and pets, store in a dry place and out of diect sunlight.
