Materials and Processing:
a.The material of our surface plate is high strength cast iron HT200-300,
b.working surface degree of hardness is HB170-240,
c.undergoes two manual handlings(artificial annealing 600-700 degrees with natural aging 2-3years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.
