Oilseeds pretreatment is the start of the oil production,mainly contain the process of storage,dry,clean,smash,soften,flaking,cooking,prepressing,bulking and stoving.According to the difference among oil varieties,processing purpose and oil content,the pretreatment is also different.We master all kinds of the pretreatment methods of oilseeds,especially advanced technology,such as,dry,soybean dehulling,peanuts dehulling,soft, pressing,puffing and so on.
Our pretreatment technology have features below,
1. Combine the different processes,we can process the variety of oilseeds in a workshop.
2. Take the special strengthen fragrance pretreatment technology to peanuts oil,make the peanuts more fragrance.
3. Take the advanced dehulling technology to cake which need exact protein content.
4. Take the method of bulking to raw materials which have difficult to leach,have a large of powder and have require to increase production,so that reduce the residual oil and the waste,also production raise 50-80%.
5. The dehulling and cold treatment technology which ensure the high protein content and the least denaturation

1. Process technics:
For this plant we can carry on three process technics, hot press, cold press and pre-press solvent extraction. The processes contrasting as follow

2. Integrality:
This edible oil production plant is designed accord to the buyer's demand. The pretreatment is designed as the features of the material. the press technics is designed to the demand of the residual oil in cake and oil quality. We also can design the refining system accord to different usage of the oil.

The design of the machines accords to the principle of making larger capacity and lower temperature products. Reducing the consumption of energy and producing better oil.
From pretreament to final products the allocation of materials is automatic, it can abate the labours.
