Corrugated gasket is made of machined flat metallic plate with waved or corrugated surface in 90 degree angle.There are sheet metal gasket with concentric surface corrugation. In this way, the gasket could be good elasticity. Then we cover graphite or soft PTFE and non-asbestos onto the two face of the framework, finally we got an integral compound gasket. The tooth like compound gasket as some excellent performance based upon its special framework. And these products can be used more than once in normal conditions, it is very economical. It can replace Spiral Wound Gasket and jacketed gasket. It can be used in pressure container, heat-exchanger, pipe and so on, which are connected by flange.
