Ⅰ\Operating Principle
When the machine works, motor drives eccentric bushing to rotate through the belt, drive shaft and transmission gear. Dynamic cone does pendulum movement under the action of the eccentric bushing, making dynamic cone and fixed cone close and off by turns. Materials continue to be squeezed, shocked and broken in the crushing chamber, and broken materials are discharged from the bottom. It is mainly composed of the base assembly, eccentric assembly, drive shaft assembly, dynamic cone assembly, fixed cone assembly, miscellaneous cone assembly and so on. And the control system are composed of the electrical systems, lubrication systems and hydraulic systems.
