The material usedby ourcompany is high carbon chromiumbearingssteel GCr15-GB/T18254 equivalentsuch asAISI 

52100(USA), DIN100Cr6(Germany) JISSUJ2(Japan) and BS534A99(UK).

2)Materialsforcages

The materialsfor cages must have strength towithstandrotation at load and shock load. Lowfrictional 

efficiency light weightand beable to withstand operationtemperature.

The material used in ribboncagesor crown cages is 08F orSPCC pressed.

It is chemical composition isshownfor extra-high speedapplication. Plastic cages such as glass reinforcedpolymideareused.

These plastic crown have the advantages of low torque,longgreaselefe and low noise, etc.

3)Vibrationandnoise

●The measuring parameter of vibrationadopted by RNBisthe vibration acceleration of vibration velocity.

● Themeasuringunitsand measuring method are specified by JB/T5314 and JB/T5313In theprocessofmeasuring 

vibration strictly controlled noisebyusingacoustics.

4)Internal clearance

Singlerowdeepgroove ball bearings are manufactured with Normal radial internalclearanceasstandard. Most of

the bearings are also available with C3radialinternalclearance. Some of the bearings can also be supplied 

with asmaller C2clearanceor the much greater C4 or C5 clearances. In addition, deepgroove ballbearingsare 

available with reduced or displaced internal clearanceranges. Thesespecialclearances may use reduced ranges

of standard clearanceclasses orpartitions ofadjacent classes, see designation suffixCNinsection.

5)Tolerances

Single row deepgrooveballbearings are manufactured as standard to normaltolerances.

Singlerowdeep groove ball bearings are produced to higherprecision than the ISONormaltolerances. The 

dimensional accuracy corresponds toP6 tolerances, expectthewidth tolerance, which is considerably tighter

andreduced to

-0/–60μmfor bearings with outside diameter up to 110 mm

-0/–100 μm forlargerbearings.

The running accuracy depend on thebearing size andcorrespondsto

-  P5 tolerances for bearings up to a 52mm outsidediameter

-  P6tolerances for bearings above 52 mm up to 110 mmoutsidediameter

-  Normaltolerances for larger bearings.

For bearing arrangements whereaccuracy is a key operational factor, some SKF singlerow deep groove 

ball bearings are also available with accuracy completely to P6 or P5 tolerance classs pecifications. The 

availability of these bearings shouldalwaysbe checked before ordering.
