    Management system of economic operation of portable surface system for oilfield water injection is based on GIS electronic geographic information technique on this basis, a complete distribution diagram of the system and equipment is established. By which a perfect multi-node detecting method is provided, time-point system and time system are used to detect accurately the parameters of each node of electric energy of motor input node, the node torque and rotation speed output (pump input), pump inlet node flow rate and pressure,  pump outlet node flow rate and pressure, outlet node main pipeline pressure and flow rate of the station, the coming-in water main pipeline pressure and flow rate of the node in water distribution station, and the oil pressure and flow rate of the single-well node of the whole water injection system. Windows interface is used in the system to establish an integrated software for statistical analysis, simulation calculation, systematical evaluation and optimized software running in one system and network set. The system is used mainly for guiding the operation management of daily production for ensuring an optimized operation of the system.

    

    The system can be used for calculating the motor efficiency, pump efficiency and the efficiency of the station, and as well as accurately calculating the energy consumption of each node of the system, and quantitatively analyzing the level of efficiency influence caused by each factor for simulating calculation of the node of pipe network. An evaluating method of economic to evaluate the operation of the water injection system and equipment is established for evaluating the water injection motor, water injection pump, water injection station, the trunk line, water distribution station, pipe network and water injection system.


    A modeling pattern is established for a visualized diagram of GIS, the method of mathematical statistics and simulating calculation is used in the optimizing designed the mathematical model, 6 which is based on object function of maximum efficiency of the system for an optimized design for optimal work condition of production operation of the water injection system and its reconstruction. In the economic operation management of oilfield water injection, the most complete functions of the special software and its matched instrument are used for measuring the parameters in each node of water injection surface system, calculating the systematical efficiency, analytically evaluating the operation condition of the injection system and providing accordingly an optimized program.


    A high-grade note-book computer equipped with management software is used as a master machine in the water injection management system for detecting the input power of the pump package, the pressure, of water pump inlet and outlet, flow rate, temperature station the inlet and outlet pressure and flow rate of the water distribution station and the wellhead pressure and flow rate of the injection well, analytically calculating the motor running efficiency, water injecting pump efficiency, the operation efficiencies of water injection station, pipe network and water distribution station and as well as the efficiency of the whole water injection surface system, comprehensively evaluating the operation conditions of the injection equipment and pipe network and providing an optimized program.


    The economic operation management system of oilfield water injection system is a new concept, new system and method of software combining wish hard-ware with full function and with application and established according to the new standard. It is used for detecting, statistically calculating, analytically evaluating and optimized designing the water injection system, and for establishing a standard chart board for evaluating and judging the economic operation of water injection system and monitoring the daily production of the system.

The Composition of Software:

    The software uses database technique, geographic information system(GIS), the technique of calculated fluid dynamics (CED) and technique of testing are used as level for data acquisition efficiency calculation, evaluating analyzing and simulation optimization of each part , It is based on windows operation platform, Delphi language development with friendly interface and for easy operation.


    The software system is mainly consisted of a module for parameter configuration, a module for systematical modeling, module for data testing, module for transducer calibration, module for data processing, module for hydraulic simulation of node, module for efficiency calculation, module for analytical evaluation, module for parameter optimization and a module for statement printing.
