If the moisture of material is less than 40%,it can be dry one time to meet the requirement.
Character
1) Material to dry: Particulate material as rice shell, saw dust, and ground wood chip, tree branch, wood bits, etc,.(Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm)
2) Productivity: When hot air is at 180℃, to dry saw dust whose relative humidity is 35% to the humidity of 10%, productivity is 300k/h; to dry rice shell whose relative humidity is 40%,productivity is 450kg/h.
3) Temperature of hot air can not be lower than 180℃, or higher than 250℃.
