this new hi-tech fertilizer-"PENSHIBAO"--Water-soluble Organic Fertilizer. This 5ml/vial of brown-darkish liquid is called by Chinese farmers as "MAGIC WATER" and "HOLY WATER".It was developed by the Major Extension Program of the National Technological achievements in China and it has been highly accredited and recommended by the China National Science Commission Achievement Office, China Agricultural Technology Spreading General Center , China Plant Protection General Center and China Post to Chinese farmers for its stable and remarkable performance in the improvements of both yield and quality.
