In today's high performing,high effeciency,high labor cost circumstance,many of you wll ask more than a simple mannual fed flowrapper.To meet the demands of the increasing fierce competition,we developed the adaptable and modular product,XDB-320A-ZD,the full automatic Feeding & Packaging Line.The complete versatile machine is made up of a patented feeder system with a distribution station into the chain of the flow-wrapping machine XDB-320A.Easily integrated with customer's new or existed conveyor system. Several versions of our flowrappers available to the feeder system depending on the nature of products and the capacity required.And the line can bespoke for a certain specific product.
This solution has been specifically engineered in terms of customer's particular needs:saving huge manpower (a full-time operator is not needed),full automatic,reduced overall dimension,user-friendly operation,"no product,no bag" technology,flexible application and cost-effective price.
Operation
A special mechanism and the tooth-belt align and orient the random products and distribute them into the in-line feeder in a single row.The feeder consist of several belts and sensors,which detect and control the products' position and travel speed,and feed them to the flow wrapping machine's chain pitch one by one and synchronized with the packaging machine.

• No product,No bag. It automatically stops the filmand jaws if there isn't a product to pack.It does it smoothly,pack by pack,so you can run it as fast as you like and not make empty bags or waste film.
