How long will you deliver the samples?
Time for sample : it is about 7 days; but for special sample, a little longer, 10 days.
Time for freight : it is about 5 days by DHL, UPS, EMS,etc.
Total : about 12 days
How much should I pay for the samples?
Cost of samples : $50
Cost of freight : $50
Total amount : $100
What if the samples are not satisfied with us?
Making them again for you or paying you back as the same amount.
As a rule, it is almost impossible.
What is your minimum order number?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces for big order.
Our MOQ is 100 pieces for trial order.
What term of payment do you require?
The orders : 30% for deposit by T/T and 70% for balance by T/T.
