The ring die feed pellet mill fit for fish or poultry feed making process, such as agricultural, grain, sorghum, maize, bean , wheat bran, some stalk or waste and so on. It is granulation of materials such as various feedstuff for livestock, poultry and aquatic products, grass meal ect.
2. Main Work Process
HKJ250, HKJ300, HKJ350, HKJ450, HKJ610 are professional feed pellet mills. The material is put into screw feeder which can adjust the feeding speed, getting proper material flow, goes into conditioner with steam to conditioning material (if necessary), after conditioning, the material temperature can reach 64-85 °C and moisture can reach 14-16%, then goes into pressing store. Key spare parts are made by CNC system, which can ensure machine high precision and quality.
