All PVC rollers, PE gears, PVC axle bracket and wall board, PVC composite guides are extruded by high quality materials and each material is made of selected German Standard 316L stainless steel. These characters secure a long life of the machine.

3)Reliable structure design:
PVC machine body, which is made out from injection mould, is stable and durable. Folded board design of the two sides makes it easy to adjust and maintain replenishment pump, circulating pump, transmission motor, and transmission chain, heating system, turbofan and conduit.

4) Micro computer technology:
Intelligent control system of microcomputer, which gives precisely control of solution temperature, developing time, replenishing volume, circulating volume, guarantees high quality image output. Background light design of operation panel gauge provides an easy use in dark room. Totally enclosed type electric control box resists high humidity and high oxidation environment. Step adjustment mode of temperature and speed makes accurate and convenient operation.
