These bushings are used to protect the coaxial cable line through the drilled hole in the wall or other palce where they will be installed. It is mainly used the cable line along the base boards, wall, and other places to replace where a wall plate will run. All bushings have two additional knockouts which could be cut out (by simply pushing a rigid wire through) that allow for up to two additional wires to be run with the main wire.
