The FeCrAl (0Cr23Al5) Electric Resistance Wire is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) which is used at temperatures up to 1250°C. It is used in fast response elements for ceramic glass top hobs and quartz tube heaters.
FeCrAl (0Cr23Al5) Electric Resistance Wire is widely used in household lectrical appliance, heating elements, mechanical manufacturing and other industrial fields.
Our FeCrAl alloy wire and strip have outstanding thermal stability and mechanical properties by applying the following techniques:
1. Applying the double electro slag refining technique and special control inclusion technique.
