Swivel coupler
1.joins scaffold tube having outside diameter of 48.3mm at any angle.
2.each half of the coupler is interconnected wih a swivel pin.
3.typically used for connecting bracing members.also used for tension splicing of scaffold tubes.
4.tightening nuts suit standard scaffold spanner.(23mm)
5.replaceable 't' bolts,nuts and washers.
6.robust design made from drop forged steel or pressed steel for durability and reliablity.
7.hot dip galvanized finished for corrosion resistance.
8.wll=6.25kn against slip at tightening torque of 54nm.
9.can be used to resist tension or compression loads in bracing.
German Swivel Coupler hot dip galvanized with flange nut:
Double coupler
1.join two scaffolding tubes having outside diameter of 48.3mm at right angles.
2.tightening nuts suit standard scaffold spanner
3.replaceable "t" bolts,nuts and washers.
4.robust design ade from drop forged steel or pressed steel for durability and reliability.
5.hot dip galvanized finish for corrosion resistance.
6.typical working load limit of 6.25kn against slip at tightening torque of 54nm.
7.can be used to resist tension or compression loads.
Half coupler
1.half coupler or single coupler is used to join ladder with access work system.
2.tighten nuts suit standard scaffold spanner(23mm)
3.replaceable 't' bolts,nuts and washers.
4.robust design made from drop forged steel or pressed steel for durability an reliability.
5.hot dip galvanized or galvanized finish for corrosion resistance.
Gravlock girder clamp
1.joins 48 o.d. scaffold tube to taperred or parallel falnge steel beams at 90 degree.
2.suitable for girder fange thickness up to 44mm./
Note:gravlock girder clamps must be used in pairs each side of the flange.
Minimum tightening torque =54nm.
