Reed diffusers are the hottest trend right now in home scenting ! A group of rattan reeds are inserted into a glass bottle containing scented diffuser oil. That's all there is to it !
Each rattan reed contains about 20 "channels" that run the entire length of the reed. Much like "mini-straws", these channels "suck" the oil to the top of the reeds. The scent is then naturally dispersed into the air through evaporation- leaving your home smelling wonderful !
Advantages of a Reed Diffuser or Aroma Diffuser
- No Flame or Heat: Unlike candles, the reed diffuser has no flame to worry about. This makes the reed diffuser a safer alternative to candles.
- No Going Out: with incense or candles the aroma is temporary relying on active lighting. The reed diffuser lasts all day and night. The only monitoring a reed diffuser needs is a weekly turning of the reeds.

How to Use a Reed Diffuser:
Step 1: Remove the sticks that were originally placed in the bottle to absorb the essential oils.
Steps 2-4: Flip sticks so that the “dry” side of the sticks is now closest to the bottle and the saturated end is in the air.
Step 5: Place unsaturated (dry) end of the sticks into the bottle and then let your reed diffuser naturally permeate your space. Your reed diffuser will continue to evaporate into the air, creating a subtle and luxurious scent. To refresh the reed diffuser fragrance, simply repeat the above steps.
