The Big motor Stator Coil Winding Machine adopts special purpose controller to realize the function of auto winding, auto arraying, slot acrossing, auto getting through wax tube and output setting,etc, this Big Coil Winding Machine is suitable for winding the coil for big power motor.The tooling could be auto extend and retract,therefore,it does not need to discharge the tooling when taking out the finished coil,thus to reduce the labor and improve the efficiency. Big Stator Coil Winding Machine could produce different dimension coils which is for same series size stator by adjusting the tooling. And tension is adjustable.
