Plastic Machine Barrel is the major unit for plastic injection, it provide the support of screw running & heating bearing, the quality of barrel can directly affect the final product quality, also due to its high cost in manufacturing, now higher requirement have been made for plastic machine cylinder, with our unique combination of bimetallic alloy & centrifugal casting process, we can provide barrel with bimetallic grade suitable for even with 60% Glass fibre filling plastics.
Our equipment is originated from Taiwan advanced centrifugal casting theory and upgraded with our own experience, the alloy powder component is much important for the barrel quality, with us, we have technical & research team who is dedicated to find out the best combination with anti-corrosion & anit-wear.
