Toplea supply the waterbath type stunner. The birds pass along the tunnel for bloodletting. 90 seconds for broiler and 2 minutes for turkeys. This process is the section before entering the scalding equipment. Bleeding line will remove blood for at least 60%. Usually a stunner works on line to shock the chicken, and then bird is slaughtered. But for Halal slaughterhouse, stunning machine (stunner) is not needed.
