About PE blown film screw barrel
1. The screw adopt barrier type mixing zone.
2. The barrel feeding zone is groove feed bush and made of hard alloy.
3. It results in higher output rates, homogeneous plasticizing and less material slippage.
4. Bi-metallic screw&barrel can be provided for two-three times more lifespan than nitrided screw&barrel
