WPC extruder equipment is mainly composed of conical twin-screw extruder, die head, three-roller calendering machine, haul-off machine, plate shearing machine, etc. The three rollers adopt polishing roller or embossing roller according to the customer's requirement, and can be adjusted separately with speed frequency regulation. Besides, they are equipped with roller temperature controller. The production line also adopts edge-cutting device.
