large cyclone recovery system
Our multi-cyclone separator unit is characterized with high recycling efficiency and convenient cleaning. The reusable powder coating is collected in the hopper under the cyclones which will be transferred to to the spray guns automatically. Recovery efficiency is over 95% for standard powder. The fines and dust in the recycled air stream will be collected in the filter before the cleaned air is passed out into the work shop. The self cleaning property of the cyclones will ensure fast colour change and minimal wastage of powder. |
