Outstanding Features of Bimetal Screw
1.Hardness HRC 50o / 60o.
1. Hardness layer reaches 1.5 m/m thickness.
Hardness does not decrease with depth.
2. Hardness does not decrease under normal temperature.
3. Outstanding corrosion-resistance.
4. Abrsion resistance / wear resistance on the hardened layer is 2~3 times higher than that treated by conventional heat treatment.

Application Range Of Our Bimetallic Products
Our A grade and B grade bimetallic barrel sets can be used to plasticate all kinds of engineering
plastic raw material with and addition of 50% glass fibre additive and V0 grade anti-inflammatory chemical additives, such as LCP, PA6T, PA46, FR50, PBT, PCT. PC+ABS, ETC.
The application of TS-C grade is suitable for highly abrasion resin, for example with engineer resin which is add of 15%
glass fiber additive
