1.Incomingquality control: all steel material and outsourcing standard componentswill be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for thecustom plastic mould;
2.Inprocess quality control: all the machining and assembling process isunder control, we have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance andprocessed surface to satisfy the requirements;
3.Finalquality control: upon the completion of the plastic mould, we will havea thorough check for the main size of the trial plastic sample andmould to ensure the every steps haven't be overlooked and plastic mouldquality is ok .
