These flat die already adopts the taper roller type for making the biomass pellets, as it can release some friction between rollers and die. Resistance and energy loss is reduced, the lifetime of the die is extended, and the cost is less.
Adopting the flat die structure, it can make bigger space of the die inside, so that the die thickness can be enlarged as the raw material requires, so it can apply to much more kinds of raw materials, such as most of the wood sawdust, straw, grass, stalk and also some biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer by low temperature pressing.
The flat die pellet mill can also get a wider range of aperture die diameter fromφ1.5--φ20, adapting to different materials to achieve maximum effectiveness.
