H.264 Compression Format Mobile DVR

1. H.264 main profile Video compression format; Support 1 to 4 channels video input.
2. Adopt 10bit video decoder processor to ensure picture quality, and each video channel is attached with
an independent video decoder to avoid disturbing from each other.
