Firstly: Visual inspection to check surface quality,ensuring without flaw,black dot and any other defects.
Secondly: Ultrasonic Flaw Detection making sure there are no defects inside.
Thirdly: Chemical Composition Detection making sure all chemical component can satisfy customer's demands
Fourthly: Mechanical Features testing making sure all titanium bars have satisfying mechanical features before delivery.
Packing and shipping
Package: OPP Bag are used to wrap up the rings and then put in the polywood case /wooden case with a layer of vibration pad .
