Specification:

1. This machine contains washing, filling and capping with complete automation. It is suitable for filling all kinds of water such as mineral water, pure water, still water and tab water into polyester bottles and PET bottles.

2. The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adjusting the height of the conveyor chain. The filling process adopts micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more reliable

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

4. The bottle entering section adopt air conveyor system.

5. The bottle exit section adopts belt conveyor system, which can adjust the speed.

6. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

7. This machine is of high quality, the key spare parts are imported from OMRON, Mitsubishi, etc.
