Specification:
1. This machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operation. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and cap are composed in one body of the machine.
2. It is made of high quality stainless steel. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough. And the key spare parts are imported from Japan, America, Germany, France, etc.
3. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine run automatically.
4. The bottle entrance adopts air conveyor system and the bottle exit adopts belt conveyor system, which can adjust the speed.
5. Alarm system is applied for the over heat of beverage, the filling will be stopped when the beverage temperature is too low and the beverage will flow back.
