This swivel mainly consists rotary part, fixedpart, spinner part and sealed part. Rotary part consists swivel stem and swivel sub; fixed part consists six parts which are shell body,upper cap, lower cap, goose neck pipe, swivel bail, pin of swivel bail; spinner part consists main bearing ,anti-shock (alignment) bearing, and lower alignment bearing sealed part consists wash pipe pack in gassemble and upper / lower string sealing ring.
Swivel stem bears all the pressures caused by the whole weight and inside mud pressure of drill string. The swivel sub screws between swivel stem and swivel sub, and between swivel sub and Kelly spinner are according to standarded size of screw and measure type of APISPEC7.
