1) Back wall panel: 58mm EPS insulated material panel, coated steel cover, thickness: 60mm. Other 3 sides are made of PVC soft curtain

Air circulation system:
1) Air-intake: 1 set of YDW 4.0kw centrifugal fan, capacity: 13000m3/h;
2) Air-exhuast(Optional): 1 set of YDW 4.0kw centrifugal fan, capacity: 13000m3/h, low noise, big capacity, energy-saving;
3) Generator can be set on left, right, or rear for option;
4) Full air speed: 0.2~0.3m/s; Air exchange rate: 140times/h; Noise less than 80dB(a).

Light system:
4) Upper light: 24PCS of 36W light tubes in the ceiling, side light(for option): 16PCS of 36W light tube with ballast. Illumination >=800Lux

Air purification system:
1) Two filter layer structures: Crude filter: Domestic high quality nonwoven cotton, can catch the dust larger than 10 um, fixed on the vent door of generator, easy to replace. Refined filter: BAOCHI600G high quality filter made by customization, multi-layers, dust holding capacity reaches to 420g/square meters, fixed on the bottom of plenum, supported by coated top net, beautiful and easy to replace. The whole filter system has a big dust hold capacity, low windage, long working life, the filter rate is more than 98%, TSP value less than 1.4mg/cubic meters.

Control system:
1) The main parts are selected from domestic or abroad famous brands, stable, reliable, convenient and accurate system, multi-protection circuit, can automatically display all the work process and the fault condition.
2) Power switch, lighting switch, sanding/spraying switch, urgency stop. You can set the complete work process in one time.
