First,we harvest the fresh garlic from our own garlicbased ,which located in Cangshan.All the garlic is Cangshan garlic with 4/6 cloves with higher garlic allicin.
Secondly,cut garlic root by hand,the workers are local women,they are very experienced.

Thirdly,removing garlic skin by air.
after removing garlic skin,then the garlic cloves need to be washed in fresh water.
After washed,garlic cloves need to through the color selector machine.
If garlic skin removed clear,then to chanel one.
Through color selector machine,if garlic skin not remove clear,then to chanel two to remove
Through color selector machine,good quality garlic clove will through chanel one,people will find out bad quality garlic clove to gurantee the garlic flakes without dark spot..then good quality will to be sterilizated by 200 PPM Naclo.then to be cut to garlic slice with 1.8 mm or 2.0 mm as your request.
The garlic flakes need to be washed in fresh water two times then to be dehydrated
The temperature of dry is 65 degree and will take 4 hours.
After 4 hours,the semi-finished dehydrated garlic flakes is ok.we need 4tons fresh garlic to get one tons dehydrated garlic flakes.
At last,the semi-finished garlic flakes be selected by machine,by hand,through metal detector ,then packing or to make garlic granule or garlic powder as your request.
